Refunds & Cancellation
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the package is received. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Partial Refund
- Package missing products
- Package contains incorrect item, keeping in mind that every package is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from box to box such as the placement of confectionary, the confectionary and packaging etc.
Refund or Replacement
- Package damaged during transit by delivery company
- package not received due to error on our end
- Wrong Package recieved
If you have a problem with your package, please email info@lallylab.nz with your order number and a photo of the package as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Please email info@lollylab.nz if you need to cancel your order. Depending on the order and time frame given before cancelation not all orders will be fully refunded.
