Our 25 Days of Lollylab Lucky Dip is packed with a whopping 1.5kg of mixed sweet and sour lollies, divided into 25 individually sealed surprise packets. The best part? You won't know what's inside each packet until you open it!
Each Lucky Dip comes presented in a white hinged-lid cardboard box, featuring our signature Lollylab Lucky Dip illustration on top.
Inside, you'll find:
🍬 24 x 50g mystery packets – One sweet surprise to open each day leading up to Christmas!
🎅 1 x 300g mystery packet – An extra-large lolly surprise to enjoy on Christmas Day!
Each packet contains a minimum of 5 lollies, with the quantity varying depending on their size and weight.
All packets are resealable, making them perfect for sharing with family and friends, enjoying throughout the day, or keeping the entire stash to yourself (we won't judge!).
No two Lucky Dip boxes are exactly alike! Each box features a slightly different mix of goodies, keeping the surprises coming.

We are based in Kaitaia & Ship New Zealand wide (excluding PO Boxes) with NZ Couriers.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery once shipped is between 1-2 days excluding weekends and public holidays.Delivery to Rural addresses can take 2-5 days longer depending on your local Rural delivery service.
How can I choose a date to get my order?
Due to high stock demand we do not offer this service.
Important
We will try our best to get your order processed and dispatched ASAP but please allow a 48 hour turnaround excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the gift box is received. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Partial Refund
- Gift Box missing products
- Gift Box contains incorrect item, keeping in mind that every Celebration Box is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from box to box such as the placement of confectionary, the confectionary and packaging etc.
Refund or Replacement
- Gift Box damaged during transit by delivery company
- Gift Box not received due to error on our end
- Wrong Gift Box recieved
If you have a problem with your Gift Box, please email info@lollylab.nzwith your order number and a photo of the Gift Box as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Please email info@lollylab.nz if you need to cancel your order. Depending on the gift box ordered and time frame given before cancelation not all orders will be fully refunded.
