How to Use
ONCE BETTY IS CHARGED (YASSSS)
Once Betty is all charged, it’s time to check her out. If you spot any damage, or if something doesn’t look quite right, then do not use her. If everything looks good and you’re ready to embark on big-o bliss, first remove any genital piercings or jewellery and avoid using on irritated or damaged skin. Stop using immediately if you experience any pain or feel unwell during use.
TURNING BETTY ON (LITERALLY)
Betty doesn’t need much sweet talk - just press and hold the power button on her base for 1.5 seconds and she’ll light up, ready and waiting in standby mode. Tap that same button to cycle through her 10 vibes (5 steady speeds + 5 fun patterns). When you’re finished (or, let’s be honest, when you’ve forgotten how to speak), hold that button down for 1.5 seconds again to power her off.
ALL ABOARD THE O-TRAIN

We know it’s super unlikely, but as Betty is made of a soft medical grade silicone, she can be disposed of with your general household rubbish.

How can I choose a date to get my order?
Due to high stock demand we do not offer this service.

We will try our best to get your order processed and dispatched ASAP but please allow a 48 hour turnaround excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the gift box is received. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Partial Refund
- Gift Box missing products
- Gift Box contains incorrect item, keeping in mind that every Celebration Box is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from box to box such as the placement of confectionary, the confectionary and packaging etc.
Refund or Replacement

- Wrong Gift Box recieved
If you have a problem with your Gift Box, please email info@lollylab.nzwith your order number and a photo of the Gift Box as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
