How to Use
ONCE TIFF IS CHARGED (yass!)
To activate the vibrating arm, press and hold for approx 3 seconds. Press the to cycle through the 10 different modes. Press and hold the for approx 3 seconds to turn off. Turn on Tiff and choose a starting combination and level - you can always amp it up or bring it down depending what you like. Best me time ever! For external stimulation: Both arms of Tiff can be used externally. If you’re new to an internal vibe we totally recommend warming up first with some external play. The smaller, sucking arm is made for mind-blowing clitoral stimulation, while the larger, vibrating arm can be used to gently move around the area. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery once shipped is between 1-2 days excluding weekends and public holidays.Delivery to Rural addresses can take 2-5 days longer depending on your local Rural delivery service.
How can I choose a date to get my order?
Due to high stock demand we do not offer this service.
Important
We will try our best to get your order processed and dispatched ASAP but please allow a 48 hour turnaround excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the gift box is received. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Partial Refund
- Gift Box missing products
- Gift Box contains incorrect item, keeping in mind that every Celebration Box is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from box to box such as the placement of confectionary, the confectionary and packaging etc.
Refund or Replacement
- Gift Box damaged during transit by delivery company
- Gift Box not received due to error on our end
- Wrong Gift Box recieved
If you have a problem with your Gift Box, please email info@lollylab.nzwith your order number and a photo of the Gift Box as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Please email info@lollylab.nz if you need to cancel your order. Depending on the gift box ordered and time frame given before cancelation not all orders will be fully refunded.
