Juicee: Keep your yoni happy with our pH friendly, water-based lubricant that plays as well with toys as it does with bodies. Vegan and free from nasties, Juices’s formula is the perfect amount of dewy without being too wet, and her subtle design means she blends into your well crafted aesthetic.

We deliver New Zealand wide
We are based in Kaitaia however we can deliver New Zealand wide (excluding PO Boxes).
Rural Deliveries
For Rural Deliveries, please pick a date 2-3 days prior to the desired delivery day. Delivery to Rural addresses can take 1-2 days longer than our standard delivery service.
How can I choose a date to get my order?
You can select a desired delivery date at the check out. We will send the gift box out two days prior.
Keep an eye on your tracking as this will be updated once the gift box has been dispatched by us.
Important
We will try our best to get your order to you on the selected delivery date and 95% of the time we will, however due to a number of factors (road closures, courier issues, unexpected demand or act of god events), as we use a third party delivery service, delivery IS NOT 100% GUARANTEED on your selected delivery date.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the gift box is received. If 14 days have gone by since your product(s) have been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Partial Refund
- Gift Box missing products
- Gift Box contains incorrect item, keeping in mind that every Celebration Box is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from box to box such as the placement of confectionary, the confectionary and packaging etc.
Refund or Replacement
- Gift Box damaged during transit by delivery company
- Gift Box not received due to error on our end
- Wrong Gift Box recieved
If you have a problem with your Gift Box, please email info@pickabox.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the Gift Box as it was received. Once we have inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, which will be applied back to your original method of payment. Once processed on our end, the payment provider will issue this within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Please email info@pickabox.co.nz if you need to cancel your order. Depending on the gift box ordered and time frame given before cancelation not all orders will be fully refunded.
